To Login to the District Website -
For Clubs that are using Clubrunner for their Club website, members should use their club username and password to access the District 9640 website. (
All Rotarians of D9640 can login to the District 9640 website with their username and password.
After signing in, you are able to change your username and/or your password.
For members of Clubs in District 9640 who do not know or have forgotten your username or password - 
You can use this link to retrieve them -
You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password through a secure connection, making the password recovery process more efficient and secure.
If you are a member of a club in D9640 and not on the database, or if you have any other difficulty relating to using the District website, contact the District Webmaster.
For members of clubs in District 9640 who know their username and password -
  1. Click on ‘Member Login’ on the top right hand side.
  2. Insert login name and password.
  3. Once logged in you will be returned to the Home page.
  4. Top right hand corner will have: ( Your Name)│Member Area│ Logout.
  5. Click on Member Area, this opens the District Launchpad to update the following: My Profile, My Clubs Info (for Club Executives only) or Calendar (to view upcoming events).
  6. For additional access for Club Executives click on the Administration link (top blue menu).
  7. Add the website to Favourites.

The District website is a public platform to promote Rotary, encourage people to join Rotary clubs, advertise Club activities/news (please send to the District webmaster), check on District and Club Events as well as a resource centre for members (by login only).
Your Access Level to the "Member Area" is dependant on your position in your Club or District. Club and District Officers have a greater level of access according to their area of responsibility.
The "Members Only Menu" provides access to a vast range of information and assistance, such as District Information, Company Documents, District Contact Directory, and District Organisation Chart (for direct link to email addresses).
The Training Information Page has access to guidance for Rotarians holding District and Club Leadership positions.
