DISTRICT WEBSITE
There are a number of restricted pages on the District Website that will require you to login.  You will also need to login to access the administration features of the ClubRunner database such as for Member and Club Data Management.
 
Firstly, it is important to understand that, if your club has its own subscription to ClubRunner then the same username and password applies to both your Club and the District access.  For everyone else, a username and password is automatically generated at a District level when your details are added to the District database.   Secondly, the username and password here is not the same as you would use to sign in to My Rotary (see below).
 
To login you can click on the Member Login link in the top right hand corner of any page.  Alternatively, you will be prompted to login if you attempt to access a restricted page.  When you try to login you will be presented with the login screen shown.  Enter your username and password and then click Login.
 
If you do not know your username or password you can click the respective links to retrieve them.  Alternatively, you can click on the Send me a Magic Link button which will send a link to your registered email which you can click to login without a username or password.
 
If, for any reason, your registered email is incorrect, please check with your Club Secretary or Administration contact who can check and update the member database.
 
Finally, please note that if you login from the home page you will be automatically redirected to the member area / administration pages.  To return to the website, click on Home in the top right corner.

MY ROTARY

As noted above, your My Rotary account is different to the one you use to login to the District website.
