Rotary Leader: Helping club and district officers achieve success

Think big, seek best practices, lead boldly 

As Rotary leaders embark on the 2010-11 year to continue the work of
Building Communities – Bridging Continents, they can look to RI President
Ray Klinginsmith for support to make Rotary more effective and enjoyable for
all.

All Rotarians should seek out best practices to build upon what works,
Klinginsmith adds. “What I’m trying to do is create a culture of innovation
where we can take a fresh look at everything we do, to see whether or not
it’s a best practice or just a traditional practice. If we are already doing
it in the best way, I don’t want to disturb it. But if we can find a better
way to do it, then we need to start some new traditions.”
