article.  So tell me -- who are the "old coots" Chuck mentions?

Change?  Incoming Chair of the trustees RIPP Glenn Estess spells out TRF's
goals for 2009-10 on pages 26-27

And more change as Trustee Ron Burton tells us it is now time to be involved
