How to lodge comments about bulletins.

When Rotary member post bulletin articles to the Web site, they appear in an abbreviated form on the home page as a headline. Bulletin articles can be accessed from the drop down navigation bar under 'Bulletins' or, each article can be accessed by clicking on the title of the headline.

1. Make sure that you are logged in. (Not registered yet? Better do tutorial 1 first)

2. Click on the title of a bulletin article that is of interest to you.

3. Which will bring you to the page containing the full article, plus a field where you can make a comment and post it to the site. Also, note the navigation bars that allow you to navigate to the previous or next bulletins, or directly back to that bulletin's home page. Additionally, the bulletins for every month are archived and can be accessed by clicking on a month in the left hand column.

4. Write your comment in the field provided. If you want to be notified when somebody responds to your comment, check the box (recommended if you want to keep a conversation going). Click on submit.

5. Now your comment is stored with the bulletin article and others can comment on both the article and/or your comment. It's a bit like an open forum really so please be kind in your comments.

6. This kind of interactive communication can be of real benefit to Rotary in this District. Topics can be posted as bulletins and discussed by the Roatry community itself.

Want another way to start a discussion about some particular topic? How about the open Forums? Let's have a look at how to access those...Coming soon.
